Today, Donald Trump called actress Meghan Markle nasty (for justifiably calling him misogynistic), just days before he’s due to meet her husband and in-laws. Which is why I found it strange when I came across a tweet from “Official Trump War Room” (which has a blue tick) denying that he called her nasty.
Even stranger was that they used a recording of him calling her nasty to prove that he didn’t. Continue reading

I was about to write a post, in fact I’d already started it, about the following tweet:
It’s spelled counsel, of course. Look, I could easily write a lot of words about how stupid Donald Trump is. Mostly because it’s true. But instead, let’s have a look at why the poor man has such trouble with the word counsel.

About a day before the time of writing, President Donald Trump, of the United States of America, said the following, in relation to meddling in the 2016 election:
Big surprise, eh?
I won’t bore you with all the examples: just have a look at the video from yesterday’s post in which he gets himself caught in the incredibly simple lie of claiming to have read a letter he hadn’t opened.
Of course it’s worrying that the president of the United States is an inveterate liar and a cheap con man who’s already talking about pardoning himself. But what’s worrying a lot of people on top of all this, is how Trump’s lies are being reported.
Look at him there. Look at his face. Look at how happy he is to have his big, important letter. The North Koreans really understand him perfectly: give him a really big letter, in a really big envelope, flatter him, make him feel important.
